We are volunteers who are responsible for certain areas of operation and we can process requests quickly if we get the information in the format we need.

We welcome anyone who is located in Singapore or is a Singaporean to join Crafty Singapore Team!

4. Why am I required to use the Crafty Singapore badge on my blog?

Craft Singapore’s membership guidelines for promotion and website listing requires members to post a the team badge on the website. This is required so that we can redirect to and redirect traffic to members by promoting your goods, services and events.

5. I don’t have a blog. How do I fulfill the “post badge” requirement?

Please promote us using any of your social media accounts and let us know when you’ve done so.

6. What happens when I don’t post a badge or promote Crafty Singapore?

Your listing in the membership page will be delisted and we will not assist you in promoting your products or events. Crafty Singapore is a community where we expect members to contribute in any way they can. Adding a badge to your blog or promoting our team is not too much to ask is it?

7. Can I still join even if I am not a seller?

Yes you can. Just fill up our membership form and subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates from the team.

8. How do I make my business visible in the Members Page?

– Do not create new threads to promote your own events and websites. Promotional threads are already created and you should post there.

4. Use of Member’s Information and Products

Members agree that Crafty Singapore and their representatives are authorized to use their photos and also to promote their items through the social media accounts of Crafty Singapore.

5. Changes in Site and Membership Policies

Craft Singapore reserves the right to make changes to these membership terms if it is deemed it necessary or if it is required by law. Members will notified of the change in advance of the change becoming effective through If you do not want to accept the change, you may terminate your membership with immediate effect at any time before the change becomes effective.

Sponsors and Advertising

1. How do I advertise on Crafty Singapore?

Large Ad: 268 x 150 pixels

Our large ad space is available for SGD $10 per month which can be paid through Paypal or DBS Bank Transfer. Some ad spaces will be given free of charge to contributors of the Crafty Singapore team who volunteer time and financial resources to the team.

Small Ad: 150 x 150 pixels

Our small ad space is available for SGD $5 per month which can be paid through Paypal or DBS Bank Transfer. We can also offer a free ad space to those interested in doing a Guest Post or hosting an giveaway that is open to international participants.

2. Why do you charge for advertising?

Our team has no revenue stream. The editorial team who maintains the blog and all social media accounts are volunteers who have generously given their time to promote Crafty Singapore. They have already spent for the web hosting, templates, licenses and artwork.

Any income generated will be used to pay for our team’s maintenance costs.

3. Do you accept product reviews?

Yes. We accept product reviews except for food items. For sponsored posts, we will declare them as such.

If you’d like to send a product for us to review you can get in touch with us through our Product Review Form.

If you would like the product returned to you, you will have to bear the cost for postage.

Technical Support

1. How do I report issues, concerns, bugs and technical support issues?

Please use our contact form so we can track the issues. You can upload a screenshot or photo by clicking on the word “Browse”.

2. I can’t sign up to the Mailing List?

Please let us know what happens after you type in your email address and click the submit button.

You should see a message that your subscription is successful and then you will receive an email from MailChimp asking you to confirm your subscription. Please wait about 30 minutes for the confirmation email as there may be some server delays.

1. Why is my Member Profile not updated in the blog yet?

Please give us 1-2 days to upload your profile. We are volunteers who work on our team site and we need to schedule our time to do these admin work. We do try to upload asap.
